Chili
A simple but large batch of chili.

Ingredients
- 2 pound Ground Beef
- 2 pound County Sausage
- 2 29 oz cans Kidney Beans
- 2 29 oz cans Diced Tomatoes
- 2 29 oz cans Sauce Tomatoe
- 2 Onion - Sweet
- 3 Tablespoon Chili - Powder
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Red Pepper - Crushed
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
Directions
- Brown the ground beef and country sausage, and set aside.
- Saute onions, garlic, and red pepper in fat from the meat, until the onions are transparent.
- Add the tomatoes, beans, meat, chili powder, and cumin
- Let simmer for about 2 hours.
