David's Mash Potatoes
My favorite way of making mash potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 pound Bacon
- 8 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese - shredded
- 1 tablespoon Garlic - powdered
- 5 pound Potatoes - mashed
Directions
- Cut Potatoes into quarters (do not peel them).
- Simmer the potatoes for 40 minutes or until tender.
- Fry up the bacon, then crumble them.
- Mix all igrendents and mash until it is a mostly smooth texture.
