David's Mash Potatoes

My favorite way of making mash potatoes

Directions

  1. Cut Potatoes into quarters (do not peel them).
  2. Simmer the potatoes for 40 minutes or until tender.
  3. Fry up the bacon, then crumble them.
  4. Mix all igrendents and mash until it is a mostly smooth texture.
