Tuscan Soup
A Creamy Filling Soup.

Ingredients
- 32 ounce Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper - crushed
- 1 tablespoon Garlic
- 1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 pound Italian Sausage
- 2 cup Kale
- 1 pound Potatoes
- 1 Sweet Onion
Directions
- Cook sausage and set aside.
- Cut potatoes into strips and set aside.
- Saute onion, garlic, red pepper together onions are cooked
- Add potatoes and broth. Let simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add meat and stir till warm again.
- Add cream and kale, stir till warm and serve.
